Invited Papers     Online submission was closed.
A number of topics highlighted reflecting fields of major interest for statistical computing and developing areas are organized in IASC2008 (see the page for Invited Sessions). The organizers of each session invite several key speakers. Invited authors are requested to supply an abstract for inclusion in the Abstract Book and the electronic Conference Proceedings. The authors of the accepted abstract should supply a full paper (up to 10 pages). The presentation time will be notified by the organizers of each session.

Contributed Papers    Online submission was closed on July 24. Thank you for many contributions.  
IASC2008 will include standard contributed paper sessions. The authors who wish to present their paper should first supply an abstract. Abstracts will be reviewed and classified either into Acception as an oral presentation in a contributed session or as poster presentation in a poster session, or Rejection. Accepted contributed papers will be included in the program, subject to conference registration. The abstract will be included in the Abstract Book and the electronic Conference Proceedings, and the full paper (up to 10 pages) will be included in the electronic Conference Proceedings. Time allotted for presentation of a contributed paper including open discussion is 20 minutes.

Posters    Online submission was closed on July 24. Thank you for many contributions.
IASC2008 will include poster sessions. The participants who wish to present their poster should first supply an abstract. Abstracts will be reviewed and classified into Acception or Rejection. Accepted posters will be included in the program, subject to conference registration. The abstract will be included in the Abstract Book and the electronic Conference Proceedings, and the full paper (up to 10 pages) will be included in the electronic Conference Proceedings. A0-sized space will be available for each poster presenter.

1. The authors in Invited, Contributed and Posters sessions should supply an abstract before or on July 14, 2008 July 24, 2008 (new deadline).
   The authors in Invited session skip to 3. 
2. Submissions for Contributed and Poster sessions which are clearly inappropriate or of unacceptably poor quality for IASC2008 will be rejected. Accepted papers will be classified into oral or poster presentation. Submissions that do not respect the technical instructions will not be considered.
3. Notification of acceptance will be made via email to the authors by August 11, 2008. The URL for Full paper submission will be indicated in the email.
4. Authors in Contributed and Poster sessions must commit themselves to attendance by paying their registration fees before the deadline for early registration, August 29, 2008. Those who have not paid should not be included in the publications and the program.
5. The authors submit a full paper (up to 10 pages) through the URL. The deadline for Full paper is September 30, 2008.

Please read carefully "Style guide" at first, and use the style files below, LaTeX style file or MS Word template, for preparation of your abstract.  The length of the abstract including references should not exceed one page.

File format to be submitted
PDF is only acceptable. Please make a camera-ready PDF file of your paper from the LaTeX or Word file. All figures should be included with high resolution and all  fonts should be embedded in the PDF to avoid low resolution and unknown characters in printing. The file size should not be over 3MB.
